Technical Services

   

The Paper Division of Smurfit Kappa is supported by the Technical Customer Service department (TCS).

This department:

  • Supports the customers to improve performance and profitability
  • Supports Sales department to increase customer satisfaction
  • Translates customer requirements into profitable paper making

TCS department, located in Roermond (The Netherlands) handles issues such as: consulting (like trouble shooting), paper & corrugating aspects, food contact legislation questions and product management like complaints handling, product development and specifications.

A laboratory service is also offered.

The service is achieved over pro-active technical meetings and paper seminars with the customers.

All activities are organized over our local Sales Offices and Sales Organizations.

Every country or country cluster has their own native speaking Technical Customer Service Manager.

The TCS Managers are coordinated within a network to optimize capacities, knowledge and speed of handling, and have a link with our research centre.

We regularly review the quality of our products and services in order to enhance our performance and to stay in line with rapidly changing customer requirements.
